Delivery and Shipping Policy

Nature Pure currently ships all over India and has the following shipping policies:
● Shipping charges are applicable for all orders placed and will be added to the final invoice.
● All orders shall be dispatched within a span of 3-7 working days from the date of order placement and confirmation.
● In the eventuality that the items you ordered are out of stock, then shipping may be delayed as Nature Pure would have to procure those items prior to dispatchment. Nature Pure will keep you informed of such delays and dispatch the items as soon as possible.
● Your order can be tracked via tracking details which will be shared with you as soon as the product has left our warehouse.
● Nature Pure shall not be held responsible for unforeseen delays from the concerned transport personnel/ courier firms.
● In case of return of products, you understand that you would have to bear the shipping costs involved.

As per our terms and conditions, Nature Pure has the right to accept and conversely reject orders. Once an order is placed, an e-mail will be sent to you, confirming the order along with your order ID number (which will be unique to you). For all queries and communications with Nature Pure team with regards to your order, your designated order ID number will have to be used.

For cancelling an order, you can get in touch with the Nature Pure team through our e-mail address/ phone numbers mentioned in the 'Contact Us' section of our site. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, you are entitled to a complete refund. Once orders are dispatched, they are not eligible for cancellation.


All Nature Pure items for sale are perishable products (cold pressed oils have a shelf life of 6 months). Hence all sales will be final. Nature Pure SHALL consider a refund under the following circumstances:

● If your order has been cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch from the warehouse.
● If the product you ordered isn't available in stock and Nature Pure isn't able to procure said items due to reasons beyond our control.
● If you received a bottle with broken seal/ broken bottle or the product itself is different from your order. In such an eventuality, you will have to inform the Nature Pure team of such an incident within a day. Additionally, you understand that you will have to assume responsibility of returning an unused product back to us. In case you use such a product that you would like returned, Nature Pure will consider it a final sale and not replace your product. You will then have to place a fresh order for the desired product.

Once Nature Pure approves your refund, the amount shall be credited to the card/account that you utilised while placing the order or through the method of payment you opted for.

Nature Pure SHALL NOT allocate refunds under the following circumstances:

● If you provide an inaccurate address and your shipment is returned to the warehouse on account of the same.
● If you don't make the necessary arrangements to pick up a wrong/ damaged product.
● If you don't accept the items your ordered at time of delivery for reasons other than damaged bottle/ broken seal/ wrong product.
● If you alert our team about a damaged/ wrong product 24 hours after product is delivered to you.
